Customer I'm a UBC Thunderbirds Assitant coach, and I like the power bags as they are versatile and have a number of uses – on swimmers’ feet, calves, over fins, on forearms etc. They can be used for added drag and reduced feel in the water, creating an excellent training effect. The weight of the bags are appropriate and easy to store in the swimmers’ equipment bags. I suggest power bags to coaches wishing to improve their swimmers’ power and feel in the water.
